A team approach to dental health

Your appointment will include time with your hygienist followed by a comprehensive visit with Dr. Girard, who will take all the time necessary to discuss your dental health status, needs, and goals.

Got nerves?

If you are experiencing fear or anxiety (maybe you can’t remember the last time you went to the dentist!), let us help you feel more at ease. It may be easier and more comfortable than you remember!

We make time for show and tell

During your visit, we will use photos and videos because we want you to clearly see and easily understand what is going on in your mouth. We will explain all the options you have to choose from so you can make an educated choice about your oral health.

We will also focus on your overall general dental health. By using technology such as digital x-rays, we can take accurate images of your entire mouth in just seconds – and use them to help you understand your oral health levels and how they may be relevant to your overall health.

We will ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed, with no pressure to proceed with any procedure unless you are comfortable. We are here to make you shine!

Direct billing & insurance

At Oaklands Dental, we offer direct billing and accept a variety extended dental benefits. As your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. We treat our patients based on what is best for your oral health and we are happy to work with you to assist in maximizing your plan benefits and minimizing your out of pocket expenses. Remember to mention insurance at the front desk prior to your appointment!
